Unacceptable usage

You should never re-stream the content that you get from any of our IPTV services. You should not transmit content, share or distribute them as well. If we notice such actions, we will immediately permanently suspend your service without any refund.

Quality of content

The quality of content you will get along with the IPTV subscription depends on the internet service provider, streaming resources, bandwidth, and internet speed. We cannot provide an assurance to you that any channel would be up and running 100%. You might run into problems such as freezing, buffering or not working content and other connectivity issues as you continue to use the IPTV subscription along with time.

We strongly encourage you to be equipped with a strong and a reliable internet connection for watching IPTV. Then you will be able to overcome most of the problems that would come on your way as you stream content. Make sure that you don’t share your IPTV subscription with any other party because this will result in permanent suspension to your service and blocking your IP/IPs.

VPN/Proxy usage

We don’t encourage you to use any VPN application or proxy to watch IPTV content. If you do, your connection would be suspended, and you will not be eligible to request a refund, if you live in a country where ISPs block the IPTV Servers IPs, let us know to enable VPN feature for your subscription so you can use your VPN application or device. 

Unsupported country

Our IPTV services are available for customers all around the world. However, we don’t have control over the country specific restrictions implemented by the internet service providers.

Data usage charges

You are responsible for all the data usage charges that you will have to bear while using the IPTV services we offer.
